Actor, Writer, Director & ProducerNav Bajwa is the Founder and Managing Director of Nav Bajwa Films, bringing over 17 years of experience in the entertainment industry and a filmography of more than 19 feature films. Since his debut in Punjabi cinema, he has established himself as a multifaceted industry professional with expertise spanning acting, filmmaking, content development, production, and business leadership. His entrepreneurial vision and creative acumen have played a significant role in shaping the growth and evolution of contemporary Punjabi cinema.
As the principal leader of Nav Bajwa Films, he oversees the company’s strategic direction, business development, content acquisition, production planning, financing, distribution, and long-term expansion initiatives. He actively manages key relationships with investors, distributors, OTT platforms, broadcasters, production partners, and industry stakeholders, while driving opportunities in domestic and international markets. His leadership ensures the successful execution of projects from concept development through production, distribution, and commercial exploitation.
Under his guidance, Nav Bajwa Films has built a strong portfolio of commercially successful and content-driven productions, including Ishqaa, Kitty Party, Madhaniya, Advocate Chauhan, Raduaa, and Raduaa Returns. Inderjeet Kaur (Naman Hanjra)
Actor, Director & ProducerNaman Hanjra serves as the Managing Director of Nav Bajwa Films, where she leads the company’s creative vision, content strategy, and project development initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, she oversees the creative direction of projects while maintaining high standards of storytelling, production quality, and audience engagement. With experience in script evaluation, story development, creative planning, talent assessment, and project conceptualization, she plays an active role in identifying and developing compelling content for the company.
She works closely with writers, directors, actors, music composers, cinematographers, and other creative professionals to ensure each project is supported by the right talent and creative resources. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Naman is an accomplished actor and producer with credits including Teri Meri Nahi Nibhni, Raduaa Returns, Madhaniyan, and several upcoming projects. Her experience both in front of and behind the camera brings valuable insight to the creative and production process.
Beyond content development, Naman contributes to strategic partnerships, creative collaborations, co-production opportunities, and long-term business growth initiatives.
